Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the BBC CRM platform. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BBC CRM platform provided by Bizz Buzz Creations, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users including administrators, managers, team leaders, agents, and clients.

2. Service Description

BBC CRM is a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management platform designed for contact centre and customer operations teams. The Service includes lead management, real-time messaging, task management, reporting and analytics, Vicidial dialler integration, attendance tracking, team management, and an incentive calculation engine.

3. User Accounts and Access

Access to the Service is provided through individual user accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. The Company enforces a single active session per user at all times. Notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You must not: (a) use the Service to process data in violation of applicable laws; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (d) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Service.

5. Data Ownership and Processing

All data entered into the Service by your organisation remains your property. The Company processes such data solely on your behalf. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties for their own commercial purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data entered into the Service complies with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

6. Subscription and Payment

Use of the Service is subject to payment of applicable subscription fees as agreed in your service agreement. Fees are billed monthly or annually as specified at subscription. All fees are exclusive of VAT. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of access. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days written notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Service following such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Contact us at legal@bizzbuzzcreations.com with any questions.

Bizz Buzz Creations is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal data in connection with the BBC CRM platform. Governed by UK GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who We Are

Bizz Buzz Creations is the data controller for personal data collected in connection with the BBC CRM platform. For data processed on behalf of your organisation, your organisation acts as the data controller and we act as the data processor.

2. Data We Collect

We collect: (a) Account Data — name, email, role, and login credentials; (b) Usage Data — login/logout timestamps, session duration, activity logs; (c) Lead Data — personal and financial information entered by your organisation; (d) Communication Data — messages sent through the internal chat system; (e) Attendance Data — check-in and check-out times and heartbeat records; (f) Call Data — call logs and metadata from your Vicidial integration; (g) Technical Data — IP addresses, browser type, and device information for security purposes.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use data to: provide and operate the BBC CRM platform; authenticate users and enforce session security; calculate incentive and commission figures; generate performance and compliance reports; maintain audit trails; provide technical support; and comply with our legal obligations. We do not use your data for marketing to third parties or sell your data to external parties.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including: HTTPS encryption for all data in transit; secure database storage with access controls; role-based access control within the platform; enforced single-session login per user; and regular security reviews.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating our platform, provided they have agreed to maintain appropriate security. We may also disclose data where required by law.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. Account data is retained for the duration of the subscription plus 30 days. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless otherwise required by law.

7. Your Rights

You may have the following rights: Right of Access; Right to Rectification; Right to Erasure; Right to Restriction; Right to Data Portability; Right to Object. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@bizzbuzzcreations.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

The BBC CRM platform uses session cookies to maintain authentication state. These are strictly necessary cookies that cannot be disabled without preventing you from logging in. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.
